Yes, I am worried a little, but hope the almighty GOD will take care of the matter, which are entirely beyond my reach to do anything.

I think I should focus only on matters which are under my control e.g. CAT preparation.

Here same..........I had sent on 2 sep didnt get it confirmation yet even i had dropped an email,but i think they are not caring to respond.All i can say is....Hang on and keeep your eyes on your prep,everything will be alright.........

Buddy...me in the same boat..they have updated info only till 30th august on the website..If you sent the form thru speed post ..you can track the parcel using the no. on the recipt given to you by the Speed Post dept....

when CAT results are declared on 2nd Jan 2007 do we just get scores or also calls from individual IIMs....

i mean do IIMs declare the candidates short-listed for GD/PIs on the same day or later..???
And if later when?
Also when do GD/PIs exactly start??? i think after Feb 15.. am i right??

the list of people shortlisted for GD/PI comes out before the actual CAT %iles are made available. Interviews are around a month after the results.

hi..even i have the same problem. i had sent my application form around 10 days back by speed post. I still havent received confirmation on their website.
and my CAF is 6 digits.. has my application been rejected ?? :(

Call up the concerned IIM!! Maybe they have not updated their data..all the best!!

@junta: who have filled their application form online, taken a printout of the application form and then sent it to IIM's along with necessary enclosures 1 question..please reply it is urgent...i sent it on 29th August to IIML..
Ques: are u guys getting a positive confirmation when u enter your CAF number here Status of Applications received at respective IIM

dude,
In the print out that you have taken, there will be a new barcode. Try to find the status with this number. It should say recieved.
I have also faced the same issues. I mailed to the IIM. The reply was that , the barcode in the print out will be considered as our CAF no for future purposes.
