Yeah.. If u dont show IIM ppl the certificate of how the marks in ur Univ. is calculated the the average of all the years will be acceptable.. This is the norm dude.. Urs is a pretty rare case whr the % has decreased.. If there is a loop hole.. My suggestion wud be to exploit it.. Go-Ahead n fill up the form n dont submit any certificate to IIM ppl at any time which says the formula for calculating final scores..

My query is on similar lines as The ONE albeit a lil different
I was going thru the same PDF
In the same PDF... Point number 16 on page number 5 mentions about getting a Certificate from the university saying how to convert the CGPA/SGPA to the %age.
I don't understand what does that mean. Any university will either give grades or percentage... right...? And, In my university, which provides grades (GPAs) there's no concept of percentages. Though for our own convenience we can and do say a grade of 8 on a scale of 10 as 80%. But, does any university do any formal conversion of grades to %age or issues any certificates like that? If not, then what to do..?

what is the this new reference letter business....... increasing our headaches..... thankfully its after the results, so we can know whether we'll be needing them on 19th evening :smile:.

the CAT classes guys must be so hating the iim fellows....... just so unpredictable !
