Thats exactly the point I made in the first place when I wrote "stick to Infy" , it does not neccesarily mean immediately, also ESOPs have a lock in period :( , so actually it is more than 2 yrs

as it is in the offer letter, however you stick to Infy, there's a chance of getting ESOPs which is a little difficulty in case of Accenture. Having said that both are fantastic companies to work for

i guess ESOPs have been discontinued now. kaafi sure about this but got to confirm.

me currently have 10months of experience in this field.believe me...
Any day Accenture is a better bet.Me currently in Infy and have lots of friends in Accenture.Two of Batch Mates from Accentute are now in London and fron Infy it takes around at least 2 years plus to go onsite though exceptions are always there.And ESOPS have been discontinued for past 3 years.U also get to work in better technology at Accenture.
i second that..u have to be with the infy atleast two years or so to get this benefit
I just wanna say that few of my frnds have been sent to onsite within 6 mnths of trng at Infy but certainly Accenture is anyday better

If location isnt the criteria for you then go for Accenture....Better brand name, better future, better pay & great on-site oppurtunities.
