Anyone from Asian School of Business,Trivandrum - 17-10-2005, 11:26 AM

I did not come across any thread addressing the queries for Asian School of Business,Trivandrum. If there is one then please do direct me to the same.

I would like to know some details about ASB,Trivandrum

1. What was the CAT percentile required last time for a GD/PI call for a fresher?

2. How good can the placement scenario be expected considering the fact that its a new school with its first batch as 2005-2007?

3. Whats the strength of the batch and how biased is it towards people with work-ex?

hi the placement like all other colleges took a hit last year but it has benn pretty good if you consider the entire 3 years. With regards to the faculty i would say it is outstanding whether it is the in-house faculty(almost all of them from IIM's) or the visiting faculty and it is one of the high points of ASB.I think it is the best college in kerala after IIM-K and once the new campus is ready it will surely be able to make it to the top 30 colleges in the country. The college provides comfortable hostel facilities nearby and it is in the process of getting accredited. If you are looking only at placements you might be disappointed but if good education is your priority then ASBis a good choice. All the best!!!
