Hi Garry,

I have my GD for Kirloskar on 3rd March... Could you share your GD Experience with us?

any one else who has finished GD plz share your exp....

It also says in the call letter that if selected we will be made an offer on the spot and we have to pay Rs.1lakh within the date mentioned on the offer letter... How much time do they usually give to pay this amt? I have attended GDs of 3 other institutes all of which will declare the results by 6-7th March....

hi frn's i had an interview on 28 i.e today in the evening:satisfie:...

First there was a presentation about the College.. then the panel will answer ur questions if any... Then there waz a personality assessment writing session... there r 48 qns wich u hav 2 giv a choice<no issues its easy>

later we hav a group task in this we were asked 2 build a tower of 1 feet height in 10 mins..they giv us the pieces of plastic briks.. (aare yaar small kids play na toys wala house n bricks)
Then :argue:
Interview for 5-10 mins ... its really kewl... most of it being personal n some qns from academics here n there... on the whole its kool nothin 2 worry ....
panel had 2 members..
They(panel) r friendly n soft... Nothing 2 worry at all...
thats all guyz......

Hi guys..Apologies for writing after a long time...Was busy with Pragati, the Rural marketing fair...Anyways the interview process is perfectly described by Maverik_2204... thanx to him for making my job easier....Moreover you dont have to worry about the interviews..The panel comprises of faculty and they are very helpful...

Just curious, Is there anybody from Delhi who has applied and due to attend his interview..Just let me know..I guess the Interview process at Pune is over..Anybody given spot offers? ....

It was cool...7 mins PAT and the group activity were fun actually... I enjoyed it:satisfie: (??)
In the interview i was asked questions on my work experience only...

overall it was easy

Hi Garry,

I checked out the list of recruiters who have come to kirloskar.. I found that the companies which have come to kirloskar are better than XIME and SDM (i've got a call from these 2 colleges)

Could you tell me what is the salary package offered (by MICO, TVS, Ashok Leyland, Reliance.. mainly)

Also.. I heard that those people who do not get placed anywhere are absorbed by the kirloskar group themselves... Is this true?

Hi Rao,

I dont know why people are under the illusion that anybody who doesnt get recruited by any other company gets recruited by the K-Group ( Kirloskar Group)...The recruitments do happen for the K-Group..and they do come as normal recruiters..You have to prove your worth before getting there..This year KOEL ( Oil Engine SBU) took two students...

About the packages..Ashok Leyland has given a package of 4.86 L (CTC)..Even if the packages here are not on the higher side but the profile is good and moreover the chances to move up the hierarchy are bright.. Anybody getting offers for admission do post your details...
