just thought i'd start off this thread......
(before anyone else does)

all u cat aspirants...
please pour in with ur comments about the time free mock cat(scholarship) to be held this sunday

hi ppl
i called time off.
they told those who got more than 95%ile in the last CAT
will get the test series of 16 mocks for 1200 bucks as against around 4000 Rs.
other wise after the test they will give scholarship according to ur performance in the test.

last yr. i heard they gave test series for as small as 400 bucks based on the performance in the test.
but this time i think the min. they will charge 1200.(they are not divulging the details regarding the max. scholarship that they gonna give)

but the thing is if u want to avail this offer of 1200 bucks(mine was 97%ile in 04)
u hav to enroll before the test
otherwise after the test they will take only ur current performance into account.
and ur cat score will not be given any emphasis.

ppl i can tell u one thing this test is gonna be tuff so that u get depressed and think of joining the classes as well as the MOCK cats test series well thats wat i think abt this mock cat ..... any comments ??

i agree wid u, last year the freee mock cat conducted was very tough compared to other mocks but it doesnt matter a lot cos if its tough then it is tough for every one and her relative performance matters if the test will be tougher cut will be definately on lower side

I can only go register on the saturday before the test. I hope there is space available... I am hoping to start my prep from the next day!
16 tests!!! Are they kidding, I will be glad if i can write 8 of them!!!

lets have a ball this mock. They do tell us there is no such thing as a free lunch, i guess there is such a thing as a free mock!!!

its a good thing to writeas many MOCKs as possible and the best thing abt them is they are at actal centers Fr agnels in vashin in my case so u get the real feel of CAT and that to at not so amazing feeling centers .... and that too at the same time the real CAT takes place from 11-1

but all this is secondary ... use 1st mock 5 CAts for using different strategies .... next 5 settle downn . next 5 upgrade ur performance .... n next is wat we all know give ur best at the 17th CAT .... and hope to change the world..... and change it ...... guys next 4 months should be the most restless periods of ur lives and n after that it can a lifetime of happniess ..

'Ssup people...just wanted to say that i feel this Free AIMCAT is really good as the competition will easily be doubled and will obviously give an even more realistic picture as to where we stand....

Three cheers to TIME for organizing what i believe r the most comprehensive and the best set of Mock CATs/FLTs in the country..
