Hi Folks .Bought my CAT application 2 days back.Not opened it as yet though.
I gather from this discussion that there r a few changes in the procedure for applying.Now here's my query:
I've completed my engg from a college near Visakhapatnam.I am working in Bangalore currently.Applied for my provisional only recently.No plans of going back to my college to get it.I have something called course completion certificate.Can I attach that to prove that I am indeed an Engineer?What other certificates can I use as substitutes?Waiting for reply.Thanks in advance.

how about your 8th semester mark sheet copy? but course completion certi is fine.

Hi,

Have my last semester's marks sheet too.Infact, I have a consolidated marks sheet showing all my semester marks.Planning to send both my course completion certificate and consolidated marks sheet .Is it OK if I do that?

In the CAT notification it was mentioned that the application for PGDCM can also be downloaded from
www.iimcal.ac.IN AND THEN it has TO be sent ti IIMC along with DD for 600 bucks. But i cannot find
any downloadable application on www.iimcal.ac.in.

If anyone has downloaded the application then please let me know how to do it.

hey heard abt the enclosin of final year proof in the form..

am currently in third year engineering.does tht mean that i CANNOT appear for CAT 2005?

but the form clearly states that the link will be available only after august 18th or some date (i dont remember exactly). so check the website only after that.

go to IIMC site n then click the < ADMISSION> button top left side on the page..

oops..looks like have erred here..have put in the sign on the declaration in pencil presuming that OMR can read only HB markings. Have already dispatched the form and other docs by speed post. Hurry coz have to leave for onsite in a week's time!!(wat an excuse How much will this weigh?? Does the CAF stand to be rejected due to this silly issue. Please help.
