if they have mentioned that u have to send the attested copy only then u have to do othere wise there is no need for attested copy

Guys regarding the SBI prob thing...I went to pay the 250 rupees and get the journal number from the bank...as it was mentioned in the Website WWW.STATEBANKOFINDIA.COM...But the lady at the counter warded me off saying that I need to download the form before I pay the cash...This is insane as the Website asks for the journal number before I download the application...WTF is wrong with SBI wont they do it the Rught way

just take a print out of chalan form fill the details and subimt ur 250 rs in sbi and get the j.no. thats it .

then u have to fill the online form and take the print out of the app form and take it for the future no need to send it at sbi

Hello Friends

I need help of u guys

I have receieved hall ticket for SBI Associate PO exam to be held on 27-July-2008

but my problem is that i dont have originial challan (payment) receipt now with me, i never thought that they will ask it again at the time of test

and in instructions on website, its clearly mentioned that u will not be allowed to sit for test without hall ticket and original receipt.

So what to do now??

anyone having any idea??

In all possibility, you won't be allowed to take the test, atleast this time. However, they have mentioned something on :: STATE BANK OF INDIA :: Safe Banking With SBI :: which you should have checked by now. Browse through the Recruitment section on the bank's site and you may come across something useful. If they don't let you sit for this exam, then appear for SBI PO to be held in October,Registration of which is open till 16th August. That's all I can say.

Anyways, coming to the point , guys once the exam is over please post your attempts as we may have a pretty clear picture of the cut-offs.(depending on the number of posts on this thread)

Best of luck to everybody (including Sandy ,i.e. if you get the opportunity to sit for the exam.................hehehehehe.........seriou sly if you get the chance, then nothing like it.....)
