Let me begin by saying that you are one of the luckiest guys around. Not many, as part of their profile, and in their first job at that, get such a variegated experience.
You have a lot of knowledge about a lot of things. Why are you straitlacing yourself then into one field?
Also, why are you looknig at only those bschools that box people from the first day itself? Don't do that. It may be easier to get into these bschools, but trust me, its equally difficult to change later.
Your question - what's one gotta do? is not the right question. It should rather be, 'What should I not do?'
You need not worry about choosing your specialization as early as the application date. There are some colleges yes, that do ask for such things, but they are not the only eggs in the basket.
There are also many institutes that provide a generalized basic course, and leave it to you to choose the components of your major. You can then fill up your course buckets with whatever suits your mind. Neddless to say, your experience would come in hand to decide what you want.
You have a varied experience behind you. Don't use that as justification to say that you are undecided, and want to lock yourself in one field. Don't do that.
