Hi folks,

We have had quite a few discussions abt the Fresher jobs in S/W field... time to discuss abt the Lateral jobs - the good companies, their work culture n their lucrative pay packs etc... ur opinions will b of help to me n others techies in same situation, choosing a better (if not best) company for meaningful job hops
P.S: I am a Testing guy for the past 2 years (with DotNet exposure)... and here are some good companies where a candidate of my profile will be paid... (& work culture is wht i can't say much abt...)

Infosys: 3.2 lacs - 4.0 lacs
Wipro: 3.0 lacs - 3.5 lacs
Satyam: 3.2 lacs - 4.0 lacs
Accenture: 3.0 lacs - 3.6 lacs
SAP/Oracle: 5.5 lacs - 7.0 lacs
Deloitte: 4.0 lacs - 4.5 lacs
CapGemini: 3.6 lacs - 4.2 lacs
CA: >4.0 lacs
Google: >8.0 lacs
Microsoft: >8.0 lacs
Mumbai based Mid-size companies: Anything b/w 3.0 lacs - 5.0 lacs

Sorry, I don't have info abt B'lore/Chennai companies which pay better moolah.. can someone throw light by adding few more to the list...
