Training in CTS for freshers is quite hopeless. Its not that great in INFY (or so I hear) either.

No training in CTS is done by full time trainers. All training is done by CTS employees who would otherwise be busy with their projects. So it is not unheard of for ur trainer to suddenly get an important call which would require him to abruptly leave in the middle of the class. Also, since 2004, all training has been centrailsed. meaning, It is done in Chennai and ur allotment to a technology(dotnet/java/mainframes), your allotment to a project after training, and your allotment of location (Calcutta/Chennai/Pune/Kolkatta/Hyderabad) is absolutely random.

But a big plus is that CTS has no bond. This could be a real clincher for people undecided between CTS/any other services company.

I have recieved job offers from Huawei banglore and Hughes Software Systems.

Could anybody shed some light on which company could be promising for further career growth, learning oppurtunities, salary increments, better work environ and so on.

The salary offered by Hughes(now flextronics) is 3lac pa(including perfm bonus) while Huawei is offering 3lac pa + (30,000 - 1 lac) as performance bonus.

The training center is in Trivandum and not Cochin, which anyway is in God's own country. Whether the TCS training is best or not, depends on what you are expecting outta the training program.
