Trilogy is a product based company. It works like this :-Business Developer
identifies possible high business value problem which could be solved
using a software product which trilogy will provide. If the customer is
convinced,go ahead and make pilots/products and deliver it to
customer.

One real positive thing is that they pay real gr8 sal, 5.5 p.a for freshers. The downside wud be that the work pressure is a bit high and 13-14 hrs per day is the norm.(This of course varies from project to project)
This info is to the best of my knowledge.

More details?? check up their website at http://www.trilogy.com

BOL for ur campus placements!!

PS:For the record I am not in trilogy but as a software Engg who has 1.5 years workex in the industry I wud give u the go ahead.

they pay well to techies(a fresher of my batch got 15 lacs annual at start in 2001).
and ask questions on algorithms and data structures.
i'm sure 3 out of 4 technical interviews will be based on this.

Thanks mate :-)

A guy in the interview was asked as to which is his favourite data structure. He answered AVL trees. And the guy from this company gave his laptop and asked the interviewee to implement the whole then and there.

they grill you well on algorithms, asking for better approach to derive minimum possible order, and they continue till you are left with nothing to answer.
