Qualification

B.Tech.,/B.E./M.Tech.,/M.E./ MSc/ MCA from reputed universities.

Years of Experience : 1 to 8

JAVA DEVELOPERS
Strong coding, debugging and testing skills in one or more of the following: JavaBeans, Javascript, XML, EJB, JSP/Servelets. Should have exposure to SQL, PL/SQL and JDBC.

FORMS/ PL SQL DEVELOPERS
Strong coding, debugging and testing skills in Oracle Forms 4.5/5.0/6.0, SQL, PL/SQL and Pro*C. Exposure to applications development in at least one of the
following domain areas: Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Process Manufacturing or Human Resources.

TESTING ENGINEERS
Experience in software testing, preferably web based Business Applications, both manual and automated testing. Good exposure in usage of automated testing tools like Winrunner with basic knowledge in Java, JSP and PL/ SQL .

DATABASE ADMINISTRATORS
Experience in Database Administration of customer production environments, exposure to Database/Application performance tuning, working exposure in UNIX environment, and experience with Perl scripting.

RELEASE ENGINEERS
Knowledge of Perl/ Shell/ SQL/ C/ C++/ Java. Experience in CGI Scripts/ Unix Scripts. Knowledge of RDBMS. Prior experience to product release process and/ or operations. Prior experience in packaging/ install/ upgrade of Oracle Applications. Prior experience in using/ developing regression test/ automated QA and validation systems .

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Strong functional background in the relevant area. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the relevant functional
domain. Should have involved in requirements definitions and designs and worked with product development, QA and documentation teams to deliver all facets of
the product in time for release. Prior experience of sales consulting or consulting is advantageous.

FUNCTIONAL EXPERTS- Financials
Strong functional experience in the finance domain.End user/ Testing/ Implementation/ working knowledge of Oracle Applications. Expereince of any ERP (SAP, Baan, Marshall, peoplesoft) is also acceptable.

TECHNICAL WRITERS
Technical writing experience for a software product including end-user ocumentation.Demonstrated proficiency with documentation related tools such as Acrobat, Framemaker and Microsoft Office products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts concisely and effectively .
