As far as Work culture, global environment, high package, and steady growth is concerned,
I would definitely like to add another Big Name.... "Oracle Corporation".

Unlike many other IT firms, it provided you with best of the training, diverse profile and teams to choose from and more thn that an environment with wonderful people around.

The culture is open door, u are always welcome to go directly to the Heads and have a chit chat, no matter u are a manager or a trainee.
At the same time, flexible working hours, you can even work from home for as long as an year....
compensations are pretty decent and the best thing I like about the company, the salaries are individualistic, ie 2 person working at the same profile may have substantially varying salary depending upon their performance and contributions.

Above all.. lively environment, lots of freshers, frequent Team outings and feasts...
and ya last but not least, On site opportunities.. u name a city in the world... they have their office..

So.. for anyone. looking for a change.. and a very competitive environment.. Oracle is always a wonderful choice..!!
