Finance certifications for grads - 19-01-2009, 09:30 AM

This thread is for all those ppl who hav finished graduation and would like to pursue a career in finance. The main objective is to find out about various certifications available and the weightage given to them by firms.

I have come to know about Securities & Investment Institute (SII), UK.
It provides certifiation courses like Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ) & Corporate Finance Certification.

Here is the link to their website
SII Qualifications: An Introduction

I kindly request the finance professionals to provide feedback on these certifications.

Regards
Arihant

Arihant.

Discussions about many such qualifications can be easily found using the search feature on this forum. Why dont you try to participate in those discussions instead of starting a repetitive thread.

Mods. I request that this thread be locked.
