hey all infyians/prospectus infyians..

today it ook the aptitude test..

i cleared it..and havin my interview tomorrow...

i would like to know would it b a technical interview or n HR interview...i heard its just HR...

and also wud like to knw wutz the convert ratio....ive heard if u clear the aptitude test ur almost in....true??...plz enlighten me...

I need some help.Got a pal who'll be joining Infy B'lore.She needs details abt accomadation n the food scene over there.And jus abt everything u folks can let a newbie know if she wanna join Infy.Her date of joining is 26 July.

Hi Zarine,

I was in Bangalore for ten months. But, now I've been transferred to Pune. Still, I know a lot abt the place.

Accomodation wise, its better to rent a home in BTM Layout or Kormangla area. These places are on the outskirts of the city and are about 8 kms away from E-City where the Infosys campus is. Also, plenty of Infy buses come here. So, no probs transportation wise also.

Food: the less I say is better Food inside Infosys is not very good. Being a northie, i hated that. But maybe if your friend likes the South Indian stuff, she might find it better. Also, there are quite a few restaurants/dhabas in-around BTM & kormanagala where one can easily find decent food at decent price.

I have a specific query about Infy:

Was rejected in a PI of Infy last year in Mumbai(with 2.5 years work ex) as I don't have 60% aggregate in BE

Now I'm in PGDBM at IMT-G and they visited last year here with similar criteria even for post-grad!

If anyone knows of any case of any guy in Infy with less than 60% in grad,please let me know ASAP
