INFY would not sack u ... but there are many fresh trainees kept on the bench or given some boring projects ... All software companies have to show RESOURCES .. thats why they intake so many people .. and so not everyone ends up with good work. !!!

Learn to be patient and wait for the junta to respond to this post. New threads wont solve your issue. Patience.

hey guys,
me in a dilemma now. i have got offers frm both Infosys and CTS. Which one is better? I do have an inclination 4 one of them. but i dont have much info abt the work and all of both of them. so if u guys can enlighten me, maybe i can take my decision more convincingly. PLS PLS HELP!!!

Infy -> possibly better image, better work environment

CTS -> better pay, more chances of rise

Take your own pick, i would have gone in for CTS.

i'm on the same track as ur's. i took the exam on may 16th and had my interview on 18th may. i got the same mail saying that i'm thro' on 2nd of April. even i was skeptical about whether i wud receive the offer letter or not, but i have a few friends working over there who say that the offer letter wud be given at any cost.
my situation is worse than ur's, as i have a job at SATYAM and i have o join by july 17th. even i am in a dilemma.... :!:

I've resigned from CTS on 20th of may and am on notice period till friday - I'm leaving cos i got admission in iit-b - but personally, I've been here for 6 motnhs and have really enjoyed it - the work pressures are always there but then that's there for any services company - i personally recommend CTS tho' I don't know jack abt Infy so..... take it as an absolute stand rather than a relative one
