Hi

My current company is providing telecom services but I'm not a part of it. I would like to shift my career into telecom consulting which is related to fullfilment, billing, assurance, provisioning etc....
Could anyone please help me out in providing any information by which I can gain knowledge in these areas?

Also is there any international certification for recognition purpose?

Btw I am currently into telecom domain but in R&D and not in consulting
