I heard from people that took it this june that it was easier than december? In that case, 70% may not be the cut-off since it is curved.

I also think it was easier than I imagined it. I didn't even get any of the more difficult questions like I prepared for haha.

The ethics portion was the most difficult of the whole test for me.

I took level 1 in december last year. Though i cleared it, but afternoon paper was way tricky than schweser mocks and CFA mock, the morning paper was easier though. The mood outside the kathmandu centre also suggested the same.

It seems the paper was easier this time. With lesser choices the probability of getting to the right answer choice increases. But i doubt the pass percentage with go above 70%....

Dont go by the thought of the exam being easy! I think only the scores will tell......!

Hey Samsuk, you can get the Schweser text books from Laxmi Copy centre in Vile Parle, Mumbai..

hey guys, just reached delhi an hour back.....
well i found the exam easier than i expected.. though Ethics gave a hint that its easy but it was very dicey.... approx 6 Questions in each session had 2 out of 3 options very close.. lets see whats the result says...

Hey Guys, I also took CFA 1 paper from mumbai...though i found the papers easy but did some silly mistakes in afternoon session bacause of lack of concentration ....expecting a score above 90 in morning session and 75-80 in afternoon session which totals to 165-170 out of 240.What about other people? wat kind of score they are expecting?

Exam was a lot easier than expected. Agree with you about the noon session; the heat at the Mumbai center coupled with the anxiety wreaked havoc. Am expecting around 180/240 in both sessions combined....! Lost out on Quant!
