So how did everyone do? I think I just did ok. Can anyone guess what would be the cut off? Due to lesser number of choices and relative ease, I think, MPS would be high.

This was my first attempt so I cannot compare it with previous papers but it was easier than what I had expected. I had heard that there wouldn't be any direct formula based Q but there were many. Also there were easier than what CFA books and Schweser's material. So I think the cut off for this one may be a lot higher if you also take into account that there were only three choices and no negative marking.
I am an IT guy working in Prime Brokerage area of NYC IB. I started 3-3 1/2 month back and did all my preparation through CFA books. Though I read a lot about Finance in general, my knowledge is limited to news and general facts of economy. FSA for eg, was a tough one for me. I took some Schweser test Q in the last week and two mock tests from the CFA site. Due to a very demanding job, I couldn't prepare very well and started taking tests only in the last week and was getting 80s. I was kinda nervous as most of the guys here were getting upper 90s and more. But anyways, I think I did ok as compared to my prep and what I had thought. Lets see how it goes. Hope this was useful.
What about other people? How did they find the exam?
Also, what abt you? Are you preparing for it or have already done it.

Hey guys..Wats your take on d paper...
Found it easier as compared to shwesher practice tests and CFA mock that i had taken ...
But, everything is relative, u never know ....
Overall, found d afternoon session easier as compared to morning, but had concentration issues at the end ...
Ethics, as usual was ambiguous, relatively more in afternoon session ...Fixed income morning was a bit dicy...
What do u guys think, how stringent are going to be d cut offs ? would the thumb rule of approx 70 percent hold true, given d fact there were fewer answer choices and higher applicants ?
Hoping for the best !! Best luck to everyone for results ...wait for another 45 days
