Hi Guys,

I am giving CFa L1 in June 2009.

I have some questions for you:

1. Is there any negative marking in the exam for an incorrect answer.

2. From this year ... we have 3 choices in the exam and only one will be correct. Am I right ?

3. Why CFA takes 2 exams (morning afternoon) ... Do they avg out the scores ?

1.there is no negative marking in d exam...so u can attempt all ques...
2.yes dis yr we will hav 3 choices n we have to mark the 1 correct option
3.what i know abt 2 levels..is tht....d morning exam is a bit easy level...n in d evening exam the level of toughness of ques gets increased. as abt scoring part...i guess nobody till date has been able to find thr scoring system.

Hie, Can anyone plz tell whatz d level of questions set in level 1 exam.
Are the questions set of the standard of papers in Schweser Volume 1 or
Volume 2 or a combination of both.
Also, Will it help solving the QBANK provided in the CD ; or solving only
the Schweser Volume 1 & 2 and the Concept Checkers provided after everyStudy Sessions in more than enough.

Can u also tell me one more thing. I am having issues regarding Financial
Reporting & Analysis as it is hard to retain all the points for a long period. Should we give a reading to some chapters everyday in FRA or should we solve d QBank in CD to get a proper grasp.
