regarding CFA coaching in june 2009 level-1 in MUMBAI

i hav registered myself for CFA level june 2009..since my working hours r quite hectic n time is running out, so jst planning to take coaching...for another Rs.11000 cant put on stake 1000$ n a whole year of preparation.....
i had enquired abt pristine careers..their faculty is reasonably gud..generally CFA FRM holders from relavant industry...i had a word with coordinator....it seeems OK

so any1 who is planning to join coaching classes for level1 june 2009 at pristine careers ( www.pristinecareers.com) can give my reference and will get 20% discount on the fees.
the batch is starting from 14 feb and its a 8 weekend course n followed by mock tests...its fees is 13950/- and after discount it 11160/-

i am pursuing a btech(final year) from an nit so i just wanted to know if i am eligible for a cfa(american) and if yes would 3-4 months prove to be enough for preperation considering the fact that i have little knowledge regarding finance but i really liked whatever i read about the course of cfa from investopedia
