Just give a call to them and tell them that you need the Texas BA 2 calculator and they will connect you to the required guy ( though his name is Manoj ) . I will drop you a PM though about his mailid as the same is prohibited by the mods and I don't want to get banned and getting asked to f off !!!

Yes credit card is the way in India !! I could not figure out any , unless you have someone in US with coupons etc...

Dad's friend's son's friend's father's friend's credit card will also work dude !! No worries on that !!

BTW I hope it was for enrolling in CFA ?

What do u get in addition to the 6 books? I mean brochures, instructions? anything of that sort?
