anyone tell me about kpo industry

hey this is vishal here ,
i hv completed my b.tech from i.p university delhi
now i want to join kpo industry
can anyone here help me to get into thz industry?
can anybody tell me the recruitment procedure and various post for which i should apply to evalue serve , induicts, ugam solutions, mckinsey& company etc..and also tell me the starting salary package they offer to fresher engineer .
as i want to do the job for one or two years after then i want to do mba
plz anyone help me out
