hi all

some clarifications needed regarding IOCL( or for that matter any PSU) recruitments

normally, NTPC,IOCL etc have two types of entries in grade A categories, as Engineer trainee and the other Management trainee.

but the salary structure which they give is only one. does that mean that a management trainee is treated at par with his engineering trainee counterpart??

on a personal front, how is IOCL as a starting career after doing an MBA in marketing from a decent b-skool???
