Which company in Chennai can pa 13-14 lacs for a 5 yr experienced ?

I know Amazon might pay that much but they are not interested in hiring me. Any other company? My skills is java,c++. Currently I'm drawing the above said amount from a company in Hyderabad, I'm interested in moving to Chennai but without a paycut.

For 13-14 Lakhs, either you should plan to move abroad or start a business.

Life is not easy as a salaried class.

And no there is not much to write. I made a number of attempts, got some email ids but none of them ever replies back when I email them asking them out.
If there is some golden words you want to fall from my mouth, there it is: Being in a high paying job and having high salary expectations is a sh!t h0le trap. We are so conditioned to climb only higher and higher and not down the pay scale. Look at the guy in companies that not pay so well like CTS,or any Indian service company. He gets to mingle with busty chicks in his team and lives a fabulous life. I the a55h0le have fallen into a trap I set for myself with high salary expectations and not getting the life I really want.

I dont think you will easily find a job in Chennai which will pay you 12 L / annum + package. But since you are not looking for relocating yourself to any other city, I guess you are loosing money - every month - given you have a 5 years exp. I suggest you should start investing in Capital markets - it will be risky and depends on your risk taking appetite. Even if you invest in primary market (IPOs and relistings) you will end up making 2-2.5 L / year. (On an average Indian markets have atleast 10-11 good listings in an year)

Sorry but from your id and posts you sound like a despo . Your desperation makes you think you get to mingle with busty chicks if you are in an Indian company .Also you want to hook up only with tamil girls . Get real man . These are not the right reasons for a job switch . Even if they are , how sure are you that you will find what you want in the company and branch you go to .

And dont just rely on your company alone to bring romance into your life
