HI PEOPLE

I LIKE TO INVITE DIFF VIEWS AND OPTIONS ABT THE HR FIELD IN REGARD TO ITS HIGHER STUDIES AND JOB

FIRSTLY
as per studies are lookkked upon other than mba in hr we can also apply for things like E-mba where they teach e-hr which in hot in hr firld now and also we can apply for M.A in tiss which has super hr syllubus

secondly
wht are the options in specilization as in which college ...name some

and lastly why are peopl oin hr firld more on recuriment oriented ....i meeen there are lot more to the field
like HR is very important in post M&A, its imp for OB etc

please share ur views for creating more options
