In addition to these we have

IIM-L (noida campus)
IIM-I (one and half hear course)
XLRI-GMP
MDI-NMP (only few seats for self sponsered candidates)
IMT-Ghaziabad
IMI-Delhi

Almost all the B-schools take GMAT scores, however only MDI ask for CAT scores and some other take both CAT and GMAT scores.

As for preparation strategies etc. I am still preparing for GMAT.

As for fees, with IIM's announcing the hike, I guess we need to wait for details from individual websites ot these institutes.

Fee hike shouldnt be a problem bcoz these respective institutes further provides good ROI in terms of Placements...
