My friend has gone through it.

1) Written test.

2) An Essay on any topic which we want.

3) PI

In personal interview the questions that was asked to him are as follows.

- If you want to know what is the mobile population in Delhi, how would u find the same. - Mobile Users.

- If you want to find how many cars are their in Delhi how would u find, without going to any RTO, Dealer.

- They gave him 3 puzzles.

1) There are 3 box, 1 red color, 1 blue color and 1 mixed. In 1 box their is 1 ball of red color, blue color and in 1 box its mixed. But the name that has been written on box is wrong, so how would u find which color ball is their in which box.

2) Their is a dark room and in that 3 bulbs are their. U can enter onli 1 time in the room. their are 3 plugs outside the room, u need to find out which plug is for which blub. how would u find it.

3) A cube is their with l,b,h of 8cm. the radius of a call is 1cm. how many balls can be fitted into that cube.

Aur usko puchunga and if he remembers i would post the same here...

@kalravipin85
Do you know what, sometimes it helps to write and read side by side.You have searched a thread for Eval, but posted your query without even reading what is written above.I have given a detailed procedure of their selection.
Everything cant be spoonfed

All the best for interview

@dhruv
Hi dhruv, dont be in a misconception that mech guys cant apply to Evaluserve.
As long as you are able to defend your switch from mechanical (core) to KPOs, then it wont pose a problem.

Generally Eval people take a long time to reply wen u apply through their site.Better join some job portal like naukri.com and apply to vacancies from there.As company professionals themselves post vacancies on such job portals,they wil get in touch with you comparitively earlier.
One more advantage of joining a job-portal wud be - you can apply to different KPOs (there are plenty of them) as you already mentioned that your interests lies in eval kinda firms.

Hope this clears all ur doubts.

All the best

Re: Evalueserve Br Selection Process - 03-03-2008, 09:48 PM

Hi puys

It's good to see my ex-company being discussed

I too took a few interviews there.. Apart form the inputs you already have - a couple of important things -

1. Be confident
2. Dont be overconfident
3. Dont say "ya... may be' to any question.. say a yes or a no
4. Its OK if you dont know the answer - dont panic
5. In case studies - dont give up - discuss
6. Dont forget to be confident

Hope this helps

I worked in BR for a year, took a couple of interviews too.
