hii frnds-
atlast i have been placed in icici bank as a asst manager(operations) at 3.8 lacs. Can anyone tell me the future growth prospects and chances of shifting to foreign banks like hsbc ?
also can anybody put light what kinda job climate will be there as well future salary hike expectations which i can keep?
