Hi ,
I am new to this forum.... Nice to see every body here...
Now I hav some queries that my company is sending me on training for 3 months..
But they are asking bond for 3 years... if i want to quit i shud pay 8 lakhs to company....
Is it better to change the company or is it better to give bond .
They are asking sign on printed letter paper. If i wud like to quit the job ...
is their any possiblity to give court notice...

and one more thing

if i am under bond .. the company is not giving any increments....then i can leave....

I have never heard of such a bond before.........is it a software company??
neways 3 years is too long time man and the amount ...8 lakhs is too bigger....
i would suggest u not to go for such a bond....coz if u'll try to break the bond midway....they will not give u exp. certificate untill unles u pay the mammoth amount......
