moving from bpo to it/kpo/mgmt sector - 12-10-2007, 12:10 AM

hi friends I graduated this year in June 2007 as an IT engineer but unfortunately haven't got any IT job so far presently I m working in HSBC bpo in vizag but the night shifts & having a low self esteem of working in a call canter industry makes me very uncomfortable.

wht I want to know is now what should I do since time is passing very fast , i m appearing for mba xms but still wants a job in IT/KPO sector so tat in case if i m not able to get into any decent bschool atleast I would be having a decent job. I have heard about kpo 's like evalueserve, inductis but these companies takes eng students only from top eng colleges & dont conduct off campus drives also If I go to bagalore or some other place like pune I have to bear lot of expenses & its not guaranteed I will get a job.

In the prsent sit'n I cant leave my job as well as not too keen to continue with it kindly provide some +ve feedback since seems like I m on the verge of losing aim & education of my life.
