To get into MICA you have to get more than 92-93 percentile in CAT and for SIMC you have to appear for SNAP test and cut off will depend on the difficluty level of paper.
I m pursuing my PGDM -Marketing from AICAR Business School which is located at Mumbai near Matheran. AICAR started by the Walter Saldanha the person to bring chaitra leo burnett to India and national creative director of JWT . AICAR offers two year full time resiedential program. AICAR is one of the premiere B-Scholl for advertising and communication.

Apart from the colleges that you have mentioned even wellingkars provides a course in advertising and two other colleges IES (Bandra) and MET (Bandra). Some well known institutes for advertising and communication mgmt are:-

Dear friend,

Manorama's institute for mass communication and Indian institue for journalism and new media have their own written test and interview which will be conducted around june or july. For Xaviers institute eligiblity criteria is to be graduate with 55% percent. AICAR Business School accepts CAT, MAT and other entrance scores.
