I have just finished my B.tech and have a job at hewitt associates.my job profile is of a system configuration analyst...
"The Setup Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring and testing Hewitt''s proprietary Total Benefits Administration (TBA) system to meet the needs of our clients'' requirements. Configuring involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA system as defined by analysis from the Systems Analyst (SA). Testing involves the preparation of test cases and test data and execution of test activities based on the direction from the SA. This role is designed as an entry-level position for applicants with strong skill sets in programming logic, systems configuration, and testing related to systems that support human resource functions."

Can someone answer any of my questions:-
1.Is the work-Ex from hewitt associates good [With respect to Mba(information management)]?
2.would it be really questionable that me being a computer science student going for this kind of job?
3.What will be my future prospects on this?
4.which type of specialization in mba would fit my job profile(finance, marketing,IM,HR)??
Please guide me...actually there is a 1 year bond signing and i need to decide quickly...
