Options in BFSI domain (for functional person) in Delhi/NCR -

I need some help guys.
I have 2 years of work ex as a Business Analyst with iflex solutions, and have been working in financial analytics for various banks (clients). My work ex has been entirely in the BFSI domain.
I now have to relocate to Delhi. Consider it a majboori, but I compulsorily have to.
Now my problem is in picking up the right companies to apply to.
I’ve just woken up to the fact that there is some decent work being done in KPOs as well. So here is the list that I’ve drawn from companies in NCR (in no particular order)
Evalueserve
Copal Partners
Inductis
FiServ
Royal Bank of Scotland
Nucleus
There are some others as well…like RocSearch, Pipal Search…
Considering the work that I’ve done till date, Nucleus, RBS and Inductis would be the most appropriate options. But I’m not sure of the brand value Nucleus carries. And about the other two…I have my options open
And I’m open to changing my line to the extent of working in EVS and Copal Partners…if the quality of work is good.
Plus, can someone tell me whether Fidelity in Noida offers any positions for Business Analysts...anyone working for Fidelity or any other company in NCR (in the financial/ banking domain) who can fwd my resume will be more than thanked for J
Guide me through this, guys. And all this while, pls be guided by the fact that I DO NOT wish to do full time MBA in the future…though depending on the profile I get finally, I might go in for FRM or AIMR-CFA

Hi Dilemmatix,
From the list of companies that you've mentioned, and from my understanding of financial analytics, Inductis looks a good option for you.
Also, since RBS is into the back office work of its UK office, there is some decent work being done there too. But remember that there's only 1 client in this case all the time. So your exposure gets restricted to that extent.
Though it may be a windfall once RBS come in India with its banking operations as well...
In any case Barclays, RBS and HSBC are coming up with around 50k jobs in the next 3 years (wow!!!)
I have no idea about Nucleus...if anyone else can guide Dilemmatix about this, pls do.
And ya, I havent heard Fidelity having any positions close to your kind of profile, at least in Delhi
