hi everybuddy,
i'm working in fashion & lifestyle retailing for 6.5 yrs now. i'm 32 and doing a decent job, currently based in dubai, working as brand manager (middle-east region) for a reputed brand.
Did PGD in Apparel Marketing & Merchandising Management from NIFT. I feel that with this education I may not grow fast enough. I did take CAT & other management exams in 1998 and got thru written tests of XLRI, SPJ, NMIMS, etc but cd not make it to final. I feel an urgent need of value addition (before it becomes too late). kindly advise. factors to be considered include ROI also. Options cd b MBA from IIMs (I think it is late), ISB (not sure), foreign univ and retail management courses from foreign univ (if available and worth doing)...

Hi essence, ISB is a gud option. must easier to get in and perfectly matches profile. good returns even with 15 lacs exp.
other option is FIT@SUNY with marketing/mgmt oriented PG courses if you can manage expenses.
