Are you doing it from ICFAI. I am doing MS Finance/CFA from ICFAI and there are lot of subjects which are same in MBA and MS finance/CFA.

and what are requirements to be fulfilled to get onself enrolled bcoz final yr mark sheets are generated very late after completing the final yr

Donno about its Value in USA but symbiosis is very good bschool in india. You can check it out.

Dear friend, The Ms (Fin) is a broader course. On completion of Groups Alpha, Beta, Gamma and the Security Analysis and Portfolio Management & Mutual Funds papers one can apply for CCFA membership and get the CFA charter.
If you complete all papers, you can get the MS (Finance) degree from Icfai University.

The CFA program of ICFAI University Tripura is shorter course which will lead to MFA Degree on completion and also CFA membership and designation from ICFAI University Tripura.

Both the programs are duly authorized by state legislatures and UGC recognized. So there is no point of worry. I think we should start concentrating on April exams.

Ideally, there are two routes of getting the CFA charter – one by enrolling into the MS (Finance) and after completing eight subjects (Groups Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management & Mutual Funds papers) you get CFA charter and on completing the remaining papers in MS(Finance), you get MS degree from the University and the other route is directly enrolling in the CFA program of Icfai University Tripura, complete it and get the CFA charter and also the MFA degree from Tripura Icfai University.
