Can any1 tell me where can i get this ~Frm Schweser Material~ in bangalore and delhi.
Also i wanted to if last year's Schweser notes could also wrk for this yr or not i.e this notes get changed every year or so.

First of all i'd like to thank all the guys who hv posted all the valuable info on this thread... thx guys

GARP website says we can still register for FRM till 31st Aug... and i'm thinking of giving FRM2008.

I just gave the CFA Level2 in June 08 and am sitting jobless.... [finance markets seem to be pretty bad... ]

D'yu think it will be possible for me to cover the syllabus even tho' i'm starting so late...? i think i'll hv abt 1 month of full time studies available to me... (and then i hope i get a job )

the quant bit is scaring me... (and they say rest of the stuff is based on quant.. oww!)

I can help you to get the Schweser material in Bangalore. If you want let me know. Would be little costly as compared to bombay. And Material is a bit different from last year. You can get the details from their website.

In schewzer material i have seen that they suggest people to start reading from first week of august...
I think you are not too late.... And i hope to clear FRM starting in august with the hectic schedule of MBA... Dude i am waiting for L1 CFA result.... After that only i will apply for FRM....

FRM exam is getting tougher day by day and the GARP is following a policy of restricting entry to the FRM. So it makes sense to study & practise using diverse materials, before we sit for the final exam.

In my personal opinion, I absolutely need to have these study materials.

1. FRM Handbook 4th Edition
2. GARP Core Readings 2008
3. Bionic Turtle
4. Schweser FRM
