hi all...im new to the forum n i hv a few queries....
What is the ideal time frame one must take to prepare for the frm test?
Is it advisable for someone planning to pursue an MBA to first do tht n then prepare for frm n if thts the case, why so?
I have completed BCom n m working with a Financial services firm rite now... i guess i hv very little time for frm 08 so can i use the same material tht is available now to prepare for frm 09 or is there a major change in the material?

Hey fellas,

It feels nice to come back to PagalGuy after a long absence of over a year .... I am taking up FRM this year ... have been readin up on the discussion here. Though i registered in April, I havent done much yet ... jus brushed up HULL a bit and now i feel its time i really start.

I need some help from the experts here ... though i agree dat i ll be losing hours and hours on joining classes but do they at least cover the important aspects of the syllabus? Has anyone here or their friends attended any of these classes last year? Needed feedback on IQFI ... so will be glad if anyone advises

Secondly, spoke to laxmi xerox last week, I believe this years schweser is not yet here .. and he has been keepin this on hold for quite some time now .. Are there any alternatives to this?
