What are the kind of work on Fixed Income is done in the KPOs ? and predominantly which are the Indian as well as MNCs to look for a Fixed Income career ??

Hi all,

I am a Computer Engineer with some basic knowledge of Acocunting (10th Standard) and Economics (12th std.). Wanted ot know certain facts about the FRM Exam..

1. How easy / difficult is it for a person from a non-finance background (but decent quantitative skills) to clea rthe FRM? -- I know this is a relative question .. but would still like to read opinions on it.

2. What is the conversion ratio: in the sense how many people out of the number that apply for the exam end up clearing it?

Would be glad if someone could answer these questions..
