Hi Guys this is Ashu
Have done my B.tech and worked as a Network consultant in a reputed IT firm.Pursuing my MBA ( FIN) currently and planning to appear for FRM 2009 in November .
Please let me know where can i avail the soft copies of the schweser notes / core readings and jorion handbook.
Have heard that the course has changed drastically compared to 2008 so using the old material is pointless though i have 2008 schweser notes and jorion 4th edition handbook as softcopies.

aah seems like we dnt have ny hardcore PUYS studying n sharing d strategies on this thread fr dis year.. nyways.. lemme try to continue to tradition of dis thread

just bought the jorion handbook 5th ed and core readings.. ahem... 3000 pages of material did made me excited as well as to be frank scared me a bit .....n d calci is real cool..

i feel like a young kid again who has joined a new class.. gets all d books n stationary( aww i didnt get ny new dress hihihi) n is really eager to start studying fr d new class

dats nuff fr motivating me :P

khair.. as usual.. i will start frm d back of course :P as dis basel ii is really pissing me off in my job ... so target fr dis week.. to complete basel II frm jorion handbook n core readings.. AMEN!

n guys do suggest me fr next week.... we cn study any topic together n share our knowledge.. remember.. gyaan baantne se badhta hai
