Hi all,
FRM 09 aspirant, I m working with a bank work ex of 5 yrs , handling int. trade ops.need your guidance whether to take the exam in one go or 2 parts. can anybody tell me where do u get FRM notes in delhi..??
Dude ... 5 yrs of op exp is enough to give you a head start ..... if you have done Hull well enough ... then just go ahead with Jorion .... it has everything you need for clearing the examination ... and I would suggest a single sitting as its not too difficult
hey i m getting jorion 5th edition for 500 and core readings fr 1400 in delhi... wats d rate in mumbai????
ny idea when will d schweser material n bionic turtle material come out for dis year....
how r u guys preparing?? after going thru dis thread i found dat schweser+jorion+core readings is enuff to qualify..
but hav also heard dat bionic is d best material for FRM so dnt want to miss it either...
though cnt find enuff time to study cuz of new job :(

Jorion Ed. 5 is out on the blogs, but unfortunately those are paid sites, so have some patience till the cool stuff becomes free for all.
I havent seen 5th edition ,but I did go through some of the reviews and tried to compare 4th edition(which I have) and 5th edition (from wiley website) I didnt find any major differences ,but some readers opined that 4th edition had too many mistakes in the practice questions etc so I feel those errors have been taken care of in the 5th edition ,anyway I would buy 5th edition mainly becoz thats the one prescribed by GARP

Hey guyz i am doin my MBA in Finance and wud be appearing for Cfa level 1 on june 7(day after tomorrow) ......I just want to knw should i appear for frm in nov...full course....does FRM complement CFA or its into a different domain of finance..are 4 months enough to finish the portion and to do well in the exam?
