I need your guidance !!!please guide me
After my Btech, I worked one year as an engineer and subsequently did MBA(Finance). Now I want a break in Finance industry. I am confused which course will be best suited to me. Either CFA or FRM or any other course which you know?

You must already be working after an MBA in Finance !
Basically, a CFA will land you a job as an analyst, in a back end of an iBank. Eventually after working 2 years or so and getting the charter, you will end up in the front office. You will be making excel sheets, making you reports on the sectors you analyse.

An FRM will land you a job in a bank treasury department. Personally I dont know anyone who has an FRM charter, so can't really guide you.

You need to see where do you see yourself working in a couple of years time, then study for that exam. It needs to align with your career goals.

Cheers
