Hello!

I have done MCA(Ignou) and am willing to do MBA-IT through distance education. My Problems are:
1) I am confused about from where to pursue the mba degree, which institute/university like symbiosis, icfai , nmims, amity ,imt or any other.
2) About the PGDIT offered by Symbiosis - is it equivalent to Mba-IT. As symbiosis doesn't provide correspondence course for mba in IT.
Please help me on this.

Hey have u thot of doing the ebiz course that Welingkar offers?

I am not sure whether they offer it for distance learning too... but u can always call up the counsellor and ask her... da no. is 24178300

I know people who are doin pgpebiz and are very happy with it.

The exams are all online one of my friend's said...

Hi,
This is URGENT. There is this friend of mine who has been working for MTV since the past 2 months. Now VIacom 18 has had a tie up with IMT Ghaziabad and is offereng a 3 year Distance learning MBA in Marketing or a 1 year diploma in various subjects. It requires no entrance.
She's not sure if studying either of them will increase her 'market value' or fetch her a better pay as a full time MBA would.

Please can you let us know if a distance learning MBA gets her a better pay if she decides to switch jobs?

I have been IN IT industry from last 2 years and 10 months. I am aiming for part time MBA.
till today i have heard that its not that worth.. :sad:
but my question is it.... that BAD??
which inst. is better symbosis or ICFAI ??
cause symbi takes 30K for 2 year and ICFAI takes nearly 75K.
please suggest ..

don't do it for the sake of getting an mba...it won't help...check the contents first whether it includes all u want..and whether it compliments of work experience..some people think that an mba degree will look good on ur CV..The recruiters and no fools..
