Hi Guys ,
I have done my MBA from a reputed international Business School based in Europe. I have an interview comin up with Wipro for a Business Analyst role. Can anyone throw some light on how much is thier pay packages for similar roles for IIM and ISB graduates ? how much can i expect for this role ?

You graduated from which B School in Europe? Were there any particular reasons for returning to India?

I would be going to Europe this fall for MBA studies, hence the anxiety.

Hey,

I would suggest u to look at the role description and the kinda work they will be offering you.You better check on that.These indian IT majors fool u a lot with the title and the actual role that u willl be taking on...............

I would suggest u( may be an unwanted one too...........) to may be look at the Business Development role more than the BA roles.The reason for saying this is because many engineers also tend to move on to Analyst kinda roles, thereby reducing ur exclusivity...........

Ur pay packet will also depend upon ur college and previous company....which college did u pass from...............

I think that u may be looking at 8.5 +.The indian companies pay very badly even to IIM and ISB grads........say starting from 6- 6.5 for a fresher.
