Hi all,

I have been working in software industry for more than 2 years. It was great experience as programmar, but what next? should me like people end up coding, commenting, bug fixing for US companies for coming years?

1) one option could be to stick to software industry and go up the ladder by becoming project leader, project manager (its tooo boring )

2) or I can use my software knowledge and move up in the value chain. jobs where i can encash my IT experience and make my profile strong.this can help to prove better in MBA Interviews.
I am thinking of Market research like option, where u actually tries to understand customer needs,regional setup, social values for suggesting better solutions..

I have limited knowledge about market research as career option, can anyone guide me regarding it?
can anyone suggest other career options for me like software guy?
