me in a predicament..
i have got a final call from SCMHRD and im delighted as it is my first MBA call..but now it appears as if we might be required to pay the fees by 15th march im worried.. I have three IIM calls, XLRI(PMIR), SPJAIN,MDI,NMIMS.im awaiting the final results..i dont know whther i shud pay the fees..1 lac is no small amt and though im being told by my friends that im acting paranoid its a question of my career and one wud not like to take any chances..
i guess the logical step wud be to wait for NMIMS result which will be out in a few days as it offers a bit more leeway..however i have calls from IIMs LKI and considering i might have to wait on til second or third list of the IIMs above i might stand to lose my deposit with NMIMS as well.
im sure there are many others faced with a similar situation.

Dude not sure if i am qualified to advice u cos of the many calls u have
But newayz my suggestion wud be to pay the money cos u never know what the future holds in store for u but on the flip side if u feel u have done well enuf in the interviews then a risk might save some money
But my final suggestion wud be to pay the money if u do get into an IIM u will earn back watevr u lost pretty easily and newayz not the whole of ur money wud be lost. If U withdraw admission at a later stage my guess wud be only a partial amount wud be deducted

i think il be paying up too..not much of a chance..but scmhrd in its brochure had printed 15th april as last date for withdrawal..now its advanced to 30th march..this really sucks
