This is just a theory and practical is quite obscure. You just have to be at the right place at the right time with (most imp ) your seniors being in right mind-frame. It is as simple as selecting questions and cracking all of them in CAT papaer mind u its good to dream but at the end of day please think what u get and what u deserve. If u get more then be merry and if you get less than what u deserve then u know what to do

We must overcome the notion that we must be regular... It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary and leads you to the mediocre.

dudes,

I have one important question. After working for around 3 years in Infosys, I appeared for an interview. In my HR round, it was questioned if I have ever travelled to onsite. This has roused a rubble in my head. I want to know how much value add it is to have gone onsite (exposure to client interaction).
WTF is it to interact with a client??? He is just another boss imposing some deadlines. My 1 year long call-center experience has exposed me enough to clients (if that term means only firang foul-mouthed bosses).

Kuch different karne ka hai...

No me or Know me

All Infy people
Its true! Atleast in case of Infy I have seen very few (actually only 1) genuine Onsire candidate in my tenure there. For the rest I dont know what was logic; may be random().
Dont worry fighter, there are many sloggers and genuine people at offshore infy, onsite is worse job in kmost of the cases, but it is as it should not be or I dont know till date..... I preferred to leave
