hai guys

i am suresh from bangalore. i got selected for infosys. My problem starts here. I have a power of -16 on one eye.The other eye is normal.I didnt mention this in my application form, during written test. I have been selected after a long struggle.

I wish to know what kind of medical test will be there in infosys. Will they throw me out if they find out this. Shall i directly talk to the HR.
Whom should i contact, if i decide so?

Please help me out.

chill! they dont have any medical test!

besides if you have cleared the entrance test i dont see why you cannot do you job properly! no need of telling anybody anything!

hi friend,
I am selected as fresher. i heard that they have medical examination.
It will be of great help if u confirm me. that thay dont have any medical examination. They said during my interview that i will be given training befor placed. Does the medical examination varies from training center to traing center or they dont have any medical examination at all.

U are getting paranoid. I ve seen your posts in other threads also and here I am finding a thread solely dedicated for your query.

Dude, everybody has told you not to worry but you dont seem to trust anybody.
how do u expect them to confirm about the test? do u want it in written from NRN or Nandan? In that case, you would have to speak to them yourself. If you need their contact numbers, PM me.

If you are still not gratified, speak to HR of Infy. You wont get any better answers here.

I am in infy from 2 years and i myself have a power of 10 in one eye.
there is no test in infy and i am damn sure oif this.
As a principle no IT cmp will reject(not sure of TCS though as i heard some cases) people becos of this as we are not doing a job of fighter pilot or astronaut.
And more over IT comps are now EQUAL OPPORTUNITY employers.
