well i am working in tata motors.....
i just want to know why do u want to join tata motors...
(dont give that bull shit that it is the biggest ,, best,,, most ...)
do u know what is the pay.....
and one advise....
when the people come for campus... and they give u some figure.,,.,.
ask them for the basic salary ...and how much does one get in hand..
they will tell u that the consolidated salary is this much or TATA MOTORS is the highest payer in the sector......
dont listen and ask for the data...

what is the work culture(JSR) and how one gets the promotion....
but i feel on this factor ..its good that u come here and have the shock... for urself.. it wil help u in ur life

well friends,
tata motors came to our campus in may this year..
selected 8 out of the 110 ppl who sat for it..
the paper was online.. and comparatively tough..

the pay they said we'll get ranges form 5 to 5.5 lpa (which is to be revised) which varies from by our posting at various cities..
